Job Description

The Dublin Quality Manager role will provide a great opportunity for career development and management experience.

The successful person will support the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive excellent and consistent service delivery across the Dublin operations. The role supports across office, CQV and Managed Services sites.  Reporting to the Group Quality Manager, the successful applicant will identify and embed improvements in our service delivery platforms and work practices.

Key Responsibilities

Group Manager Support:

  • Group quality initiatives
  • Digital project delivery procedures
  • Setting of group quality goals and their delivery
  • Development and updating of QMS documents

Local Support:

  • Liaise regularly with the Operations Manager, Office Projects Manager and Engineering Manager to drive improvement in office initiatives
  • Perform internal audits and follow up on corrective action items
  • Provide guidance to colleagues on QMS matters
  • Support the ISO9001 registration and recertification
  • Provide input to proposals
  • Preventative Processes:
  • Facilitate the capture and transfer of lessons
  • Chairing of Lessons Shared Workshops
  • Identify process improvements
  • Facilitate Stage Gate Reviews on projects
  • Maintain the monthly quality metrics
  • Actively support the use of scope within the quality team and  office
  • Support the customer feedback process including analysis of monthly results and identification of process improvements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree qualified in an engineering, architecture or related discipline
  • Broad experience on multi-discipline projects
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-starter and decision maker
