Engineers Ireland: Future Energy Forum

Held in association with Engineers Ireland’s North East region, the Future Energy Forum will provide you with the opportunity to explore Ireland’s future energy supply and demand; the latest technologies and solutions driving Ireland’s transition to low carbon energy use; and the impact of current and future energy needs on your business, your home and your wallet.

Future Energy Forum Line-up

Commencing at 5:30pm, attendees will be provided with the opportunity to gain insight and knowledge into Ireland’s future energy needs and technologies during presentations and panel discussions.

Guest speakers who will highlight their vision for Ireland’s future energy needs, include:
  • Mark Foley, CEO, EirGrid
  • Marguerite Sayers, Executive Director, Customer Solutions, ESB
  • Eamon Ryan, Leader of the Green Party
  • Denis Duff, Co-founder, Better Environment with Nuclear Energy (BENE)
Organisations from the North-East including Combilift and Glen Dimplex will also showcase the technologies and solutions being developed and delivered locally for Ireland’s continued transition to low carbon energy use.

Networking

Networking opportunities and light refreshments will be available from 5:00pm – 5:30pm and 8:00pm – 9:00pm.
