An Experienced Project Quantity Surveyor is required to work initially on an apartment building in North Dublin which is due to run for a further 18 months.
You will be reporting to the Commercial manager and you will work on projects through to final account.

Duties:
- Preparation of internal costs / value reports on a monthly basis.
- Preparation and management of subcontractors, suppliers and material procurement schedules
- Responsibility for agreeing monthly valuations with client
- Budget control / materials management / valuations
- Preparation of cost reports and projections
- Ability to negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers with a view to agree final accounts
- Preparing monthly cost analysis reports for monthly management meetings
The Person
- Degree educated in QS or related subject
- 5+ years’ experience
- Previous experience working for a main contractor or Developer
- Strong communicator with good commercial acumen
